��è�ɰ���Ƶ Allison’s 2024 Shinerama Campaign marks 50 years of participation in Canada’s largest post-secondary fundraiser. In the past 15 years, ��è�ɰ���Ƶ Allison has received the “Best Overall Campaign” award five times. This year’s campaign goal is set at $20,000 to support the overall Shinerama goal of $160,000. The money raised will help fund an online mental health hub to support those living with Cystic Fibrosis, as well as supporting their family and friends.
 
With events planned throughout the summer and the fall, the fundraising campaign’s main annual fundraiser is during Orientation Week — Shine Day!
 
“This year’s campaign is unique because it's ��è�ɰ���Ƶ Allison's 50th year participating in Shinerama,” says Shinerama Chair and MASU Director of Entertainment and Activities Kris Girouard. “��è�ɰ���Ƶ A has raised over $700,000 for Cystic Fibrosis Canada to date and this money has been monumental in funding research that has doubled the life expectancy of Canadians living with Cystic Fibrosis.”

• 4K Colour Slime Run/Walk — Saturday, Aug. 24, 9-11 a.m. as part of the Sackville Street Chalk Festival. Registration:
• Annual Garden Party — Wednesday, Aug. 28, 6:30-8:30 p.m. at Hammond House, including a silent auction. Tickets are $10 and are available at the MASU Office.
• Bagtown Trivia — Wednesday, Sept. 4, 7 p.m., Bagtown Brewery
• Shine Day — Saturday, Sept. 7, 9:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m., Across Tantramar communities
